Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This policy covers personal data processed by CrownJewelzCasino.com, an independent information website published as the CrownJewelz Help Guide. It does not cover CrownJewelz casino accounts. Do not send identity documents, passwords or payment details to this site.

1. Who is the controller

The data controller is the publisher of this website: the CrownJewelzCasino.com editorial team, operating the CrownJewelz Help Guide at https://www.crownjewelzcasino.com/. This publisher is not the CrownJewelz casino operator.

For data-protection requests about this information website, use the contact route on this site and state that the message concerns CrownJewelzCasino.com privacy, not a casino account. Do not attach identity documents or payment credentials.

2. Personal data we process

This website does not run user accounts. The data we may process is limited to:

  • Standard server and security logs created when you load a page, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user-agent and response status.
  • Browser storage items listed in the Cookie Policy, including your cookie-choice record, the withdrawal checklist if you use it, and optional session storage for the exclusive-offer popup if you accept it.
  • Information you choose to include in a privacy or publisher message sent through the contact route, such as an email address and the text of your request.

We do not ask for CrownJewelz passwords, KYC files, full payment card numbers or cryptocurrency recovery phrases. If you send those materials, we will not use them to operate an account and you should treat that as a disclosure made in error.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media pixels on this website. Fonts are self-hosted through the site build, so loading pages does not call Google Fonts in the browser.

4. Recipients

Hosting, content-delivery and security providers that run this website may process server logs as processors or separate controllers under their own terms, solely to deliver the site. We do not sell personal data. We do not share checklist or popup storage with other organisations; those items stay in your browser.

If you open CrownJewelz or another external site from this page, that organisation is a separate controller. Their privacy notice applies to data they collect after you leave this website.

5. Retention

  • Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security, fault-finding and operation, then deleted or anonymised. The hosting environment may apply its own short log-retention period.
  • cj-cookie-consent is kept for 6 months from your choice, or until you clear site data.
  • cj-withdrawal-readiness stays on your device until you reset the checklist or clear site data.
  • cj-exit-offer lasts only for the browser session, and only if you accepted optional storage.
  • Privacy correspondence is kept as long as needed to complete the request and show that we responded, then deleted unless a longer legal retention period applies.

6. International transfers

This website may be served from infrastructure outside the UK. Where that involves a restricted transfer of personal data, we rely on the hosting provider’s appropriate safeguards, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or UK IDTA / Addendum terms, as applicable to that provider.

7. Your rights

UK GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing optional-storage consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Please contact the publisher first so we can try to resolve the issue.

8. Children

This website is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
